Toured this home with some of my clients. It’s a BungalowHomes.com listing (https://bungalohomes.com/homes/nashville-tn). I had actually just emailed asking for a price quote for one of my own homes from this iBuyer, but they got back and said they aren’t even in the market!!? UPDATE SINCE RECORDING this video, they are in Nashville (obviously) I do believe I actually sent the request through the wrong website 😂 Oh well! It was a fun tour and these guys do present homes pretty well for an iBuyer I must say!
