As REALTORS, I don’t think we do enough encouraging and empowering each other to grow. So here’s a little encouragement for your daily howl, go get some and be beautiful.

Hey there folks. Just down here, you know, going and, showing property, driving around and scoping out some different locations and, it occurred to me, I had a thought. I had a thought about how we as agents don’t do a good enough job of encouraging one another, to just do better. So today, I wanted to send out a reminder for the agents and lenders and people that watch these videos. You know, let’s do a good job today. Whenever you’re watching this, be a good agent today. Be a good representative for your clients. Because, you know, it’s important for us to remember that we’re not just making money on these transactions. It’s not just a job. We have a responsibility as agents, as fiduciaries to do a good job, represent our clients well. It’s not just sales, it’s representation, right? Be a good agent. Be a good person. Hell, let’s break it down to be a good person. You know, there are times when we’re sending messages back and forth, text messages in particular is where we lose that interpersonal connection. Right? That ability to interact with somebody and like hear the inflection in their voice. Or if we’re in person, you can see, make eye contact. You know what I’m talking about? So in these instances when we don’t really know what the other person’s thinking, doing at that particular moment or what’s going on behind the scenes, it’s good to remember professionalism is more than just taking it a step at a time, being the best negotiator on the deal, getting the best deal for your client, it’s making sure that all parties involved in the transaction receive what they need, right? And are treated fairly and that we are building trust. That’s our responsibility as agents. Build that trust. Be a good agent.
