So you ready to sell? Let’s first discuss your sales goals. When we meet at your property, we’ll do a walk through. This is what we like to call our “First Look”. You talk, we listen, take notes and the game plan has begun.
Set the Price
Property’s sell when the location and price are “right”. Our primary goal is reach your expectations for the sale. We pair that with estimated property value (ask me about a free Comparative Market Analysis) and set a price that will make the sale.
Marketing, Ready the House and Listing
You’ve heard of staging – it’s a real thing. You want the property looking its best when potential buyers come by. And with our extensive background in marketing – the same way you found me, the right buyers will find your listing. We have a wide network of contractors for any needed repairs or clean up, and with our team of professional photographers and filmmakers, the property going to present well in any advertising we do. Our extensive MLS and REALTOR® network helps us lay the groundwork, and my marketing techniques will help you gain the most targeted market for your listing.
Showings, Offers, Appraisals and Inspections
Offers will roll in. We’ll go into contract as they do, and begin the process of inspections, appraisals and selective counteroffers. We have a wide database of professionals to bring to the table and we are happy to work with anyone you have in mind for custom inspections as needed.
Everyone’s favorite word in the real estate journey, “Closing”. Though it can take take days or weeks to lead up to to Closing, it only takes about an hour or less to finalize. After we sign, we pop the bubbly! Net proceeds will typically be available the day of closing or the following business day depending on your bank.
