Gallatin Ghost Walk
For the next two weekends, you can participate in one of the South’s oldest mystery tours on the Gallatin Ghost Walk. Presented by History Press Author Donna Lyn Hartley, the Ghost Walk is celebrating its 18th year! This will surely be a fun night out for ghost and history enthusiasts of all ages.
Halloween Harvest at the Gallatin Farmer’s Market
From 10am until 12pm, bring your costumed kiddos to the Gallatin Farmer’s Market for their Halloween Harvest. There will be story time, a scavenger hunt, and even an escape room! Everyone else can browse local vendors offering produce, honey, homemade artisan items, and so much more. Halloween treats will be available while supplies last, so get there early! The farmer’s market is open from 9am until 1pm.
Rocky Horror Gala & Riff Raff’s Pre-Party
No Halloween is complete without a Rocky Horror event, and this is one you don’t want to miss! For a whole night of fun, hit up Riff Raff’s Pre-Party and the Rocky Horror Gala. Come dressed as your favorite character and sing and dance along with the movie. Tickets for both will get you all the props you need for the movie, adult beverages, movie access, keepsakes, food, games, and even a costume contest!
Where to Trick-or-Treat for Halloween in Gallatin
We can’t talk about things to do for Halloween in Gallatin without mentioning places to take the kids to go trick-or-treating. In addition to a ton of trunk-or-treat events at various area churches, Historic Rosemont is hosting trick-or-treating from 5pm to 8pm. If you have pre-school-age children that you’d rather take out during the daytime, head over to Trick or Treat on the Square. Several merchants in Historic Downtown Gallatin will be on hand to dole out candy between 10am and 2pm.
